Small and Medium Enterprises play an important role as the growth engine of the nation, contributing significantly to the industrial output, exports, employment generation and help achieve higher economic growth. Despite excellent knowledge, innovative ideas and remarkable contributions towards Nation building, most of these entrepreneurs do not come into limelight and their efforts and success are not recognised and fully known to the business world.

SME Chamber of India & IITC-INDIA recognise Micro, Small and Medium enterprises (MSME) engaged in the manufacturing & service sectors for their exceptional achievements and the organisations who support them for their distinguished contribution and support to MSMEs in manufacturing, service, exports and Research & Development by conferring “NATIONAL LEVEL SME & ENTREPRENEURSHIP EXCELLENCE AWARDS 2009”.
